About the Unit: The Texas Highland Lakes Unit is a very
active group representing over fifty Airstream families. Most our
members are from the Austin general area, but others come from as much
as several hundred miles away. We also schedule occasional "Southside
Gatherings" in San Marcos so that our far-south members can more
conveniently attend. Our rallies include some short, local, weekend
events to better serve our still-working members.
Texas Highland
Lakes Unit is one of the very few WBCCI units that have grown each of
the last 4 years. We are a very active unit with an average rally
attendance of 25 Airstream RVs. Highland Lakes co-sponsors the Texas
Vintage Rallies.
