About the Unit:  An Association of Airstream Owners dedicated to Friends and Fellowship.  The Western North Carolina Unit of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International began organization on November 17, 1977 when thirty-four members of the Carolinas Unit met in an upper room at the S&W Cafeteria in Asheville, North Carolina.
